Open for In-person Services

Often throughout the year and especially during the winter months, many families find themselves victims of tragic house fires which often leave these families with nothing but the clothes on their back. We are now working with our local fire department so that we will be notified when a family has suffered a loss. We will be on scene to provide some basic clothing and necessities to help the families get through the first night or two Red Cross can assist them. Whether its prayer or just a distraction for the little ones while their parents communicate with law enforcement, our goal is to give a helping hand to those in need during this difficult time. 

Starting October 2017, Glasgow First Assembly is partnering with an anonymous donor to provide shoes for school aged students. We will be sizing  little feet and delivering new shoes for every student in each school we go to. If your school would like to become a recipient of our Shoes for Schools program, please contact us.
